Terms of Use

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed when we send you a confirmation. We may decline an order — for example if we cannot deliver to your address, or if a meal is unavailable — and if we do, you will not be charged.

Orders are subject to a minimum. The minimum and the current prices are always shown before you pay.

Each delivery day has a cutoff, shown on the site and in your account. Once the cutoff passes the kitchen has already bought and started prepping for that day, so orders and changes for it are closed. Anything after the cutoff goes to the next available delivery day.

We deliver to a defined list of New Jersey ZIP codes. If your ZIP is not on that list we cannot deliver to you, and checkout will tell you so.

The delivery fee depends on your ZIP and is shown before you pay. You are responsible for the delivery details you give us, including the drop-off instructions. If nobody is there, we leave the order according to those instructions and it is your responsibility from that point.

We aim to deliver within the window given for your day. Weather, traffic and vehicle problems occasionally delay us; if a delivery cannot be made at all, we will contact you and put it right.

Meals are cooked fresh and delivered chilled, not frozen. Refrigerate them as soon as you receive them. Use-by dates and heating instructions are on the label. We cannot be responsible for meals left out of refrigeration after delivery.

Tell us about your allergies before you order and we will do our best to cook around them.

Our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, eggs, fish, shellfish, soy, sesame and wheat. We cannot guarantee any meal is free from any allergen, and cross-contact is possible. If you have a severe or life-threatening allergy, please take that seriously when deciding whether to order.

Payment is taken when you order, through Stripe. Prices are in US dollars and include applicable New Jersey sales tax, which is shown separately at checkout. Any store credit on your account is applied before your card is charged.

A subscription renews automatically for the delivery day you chose, until you pause or cancel it. You can pause or cancel from your account. Changes take effect from the next delivery day whose cutoff has not yet passed — a subscription cancelled after cutoff still includes the order already in production.

If a minimum commitment or cancellation fee applies to your plan, it is shown when you sign up and before you confirm.

You can change or cancel an order any time before its cutoff, at no charge. After cutoff the food is already being made and we cannot refund it.

If something is wrong with your order — missing, damaged, or not what you ordered — contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will replace it or credit you.

Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it. We may suspend an account that is being used fraudulently or abusively.

Body scans, meal plans and progress tracking are provided for information and motivation. They are not medical advice, and nobody providing them is acting as your doctor or dietitian. Talk to a qualified professional before making significant changes to your diet, particularly if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are taking medication.

The text, photographs, recipes and branding on this site belong to us. You are welcome to look at them and share links; please do not copy them for commercial use without asking.

We take care preparing and delivering your food, but we cannot promise the website will never be unavailable or that every listing will always be accurate. Where the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and the terms in force when you ordered are the ones that apply to that order.
